Orders placed before 4pm on working days are sent tracked the same day with Royal Mail and then passed on to your local Postal Service by Air. As New Year's Day is a holiday, there will be no orders sent on that day.

Great news, USA orders have tariffs prepaid and EU orders have VAT prepaid.
