Christmas Shipping Information
The last UK posting date for Christmas delivery is before 4pm Friday 20th December. Orders after this date will still be picked and sent but may not arrive before Christmas.
Delivery Questions
Which courier will ship my order?
Smaller orders are sent from the UK using Royal Mail and larger orders by Parcel Force, DHL or DPD.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We always choose 24hr or 48hr service for domestic 🇬🇧 UK orders. We pick orders the same day from our shop in the UK and send the same (if before 4pm) or next working day, but please allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries.
How will my order be packaged?
We re-use our suppliers packaging to help prevent waste where we can. All orders are securely packed to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.
Collection from store.
As you checkout, select the 'Pick Up' option for free collection from our store. Orders are normally ready 1hr after you place your order. We will message you when your order is ready to collect. Collection times are between 11am and 5pm everyday (closed Wednesday). Our address is 29A High Street, Rye, TN31 7JG.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Once you have paid for your order online, you will be sent an order confirmation within 24hrs. We will contact you again by email ,or you by text, letting you know when your order has been dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Once you have completed your order you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Can I change my delivery address / options after I've ordered?
If you have not yet received an email saying your order has been shipped, it may still be possible to have your delivery address changed. Please email us as soon as you can at lolaandsidney@gmail.com.
Some courier companies give you the option to have your order delivered to a safe place, different address or at a collection point. Any changes you make to your delivery after it has been shipped, will be your responsibility and we cannot accept liability for loss, delay or damage for these changes you may make.
Uncollected Items
Returned items, due to customer not collecting or being present to receive an item, will only be refunded the cost of the items and not the original shipping cost. We reserve the right to also charge any cost a courier may apply for returning an item that is uncollected.
Ordering
I didn’t get an email confirmation?
Please check your junk mail as sometimes the confirmation can go here, rather then your inbox. To prevent this happening in the future, please add us to your contacts. If you are still unable to find your email confirmation, please contact us using the same email address that you used to place your order.
How will the transaction show on my bank statement?
Your purchase will display as Lola & SiDney on your credit or debit card statement. All transactions are SSL protected.
Do you accept PayPal?
Sorry, we don't use PayPal.
