Delivery Questions

Can I order multiple, larger or heavier items? 

The international shipping rates above are for orders below 2kg that are small to medium in size. This generally covers most peoples average purchases with Lola & SiDney. Should you wish to purchase more bulkier or heavier items, shipping cost will generally double in cost from what is listed above. Please contact us if you would like to place a larger order and require a shipping quote lolaandsidney@gmail.com

How long will my order take to arrive?

We always choose ✈️ Air for all International orders. We pick orders the same day from our shop in the UK and send the same (if before 3pm) or next working day, but please allow up to 12 days for Northern Europe and 21 days for the Southern Europe, US, Australia and Rest of the World. Deliveries to Italy, Spain and Portugal can take longer due to local postal networks.

How will my order be packaged?

We re-use our suppliers packaging to help prevent waste where we can. All orders are securely packed to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once you have paid for your order online, you will be sent an order confirmation within 24hrs. We will contact you again by email, or you by text, letting you know when your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are sent tracked and you will be sent the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I change my delivery address / options after I've ordered?

If you have not yet received an email saying your order has been shipped, it may still be possible to have your delivery address changed. Please email us as soon as you can at lolaandsidney@gmail.com. 

Some courier companies give you the option to have your order delivered to a safe place, different address or at a collection point. Any changes you make to your delivery after it has been shipped, will be your responsibility and we cannot accept liability for loss, delay or damage for these changes you may make.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. Make sure to select the correct country field during checkout. For International shipping cost, see the above table. Please note, International orders may be assessed for custom duties and taxes and this is not included in the delivery cost.

What are duty & taxes?

Lola & SiDney ships from the UK and if you live outside the UK, your country inspects goods as they arrive. Sometimes they apply duties and taxes and a small clearance fee. This is dependant on each counties custom thresholds and also any trade agreements that are in place.

EU Orders 🇪🇺

Good news! Customers within the EU will have the VAT pre-paid on their orders (applies to orders below €150). This means the only price you pay is what you see as you checkout and no surprise charges when the order is delivered. As Norway and Switzerland are not members of the EU, any taxes will be charged as the order is delivered.

USA Orders 🇺🇸

Uncollected Items

Returned items, due to customer not collecting or being present to receive an item, will only be refunded the cost of the items and not the original shipping cost. We reserve the right to also charge any cost a courier may apply for returning an item that is uncollected.

Ordering

I didn’t get an email confirmation?

Please check your junk mail as sometimes the confirmation can go here, rather then your inbox. To prevent this happening in the future, please add us to your contacts.  If you are still unable to find your email confirmation, please contact us using the same email address that you used to place your order.

How will the transaction show on my bank statement?

Your purchase will display as Lola & SiDney on your credit or debit card statement. All transactions are SSL protected. 

Do you accept PayPal?

Sorry, we don't use PayPal.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes!
