In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you can return it to us. Our returns policy is valid for 21 days from the date that the item is shipped to you.
If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted:
- First, contact us by email to obtain a return authorisation. Make sure to tell us your full name, order number, the reason for the return and your contact details.
- Once this information is received, we will contact you to let you know what the next step will be.
We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on face coverings, soaps and other toiletries. Please make sure returned items are in their original packaging (if applicable) and are in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment normally within 1-3 days.
Amend or cancel your order
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch or make changes to it, simply contact us and we will be happy to help you with your query.
Returned items, due to customer not collecting or being present to receive an item, will only be refunded the cost of the items and not the original shipping cost. We reserve the right to also charge any cost a courier may apply for returning an item that is uncollected.
