The kadai is one of the oldest and most common of cooking utensils, found in almost every Indian home.

It is thick and round-bottomed and is usually used for sautéing, deep-frying, and for preparing curries and gravies.

This original Kadai comes with it's own stand and can be used as a fire-bowl, planter or as an ice bucket. Heavy and well-made.
