Small Item and Large Item difference?

Small items include everything apart from bulky or heavy items such as stools, mirrors and pots which are Large items. As you checkout, we will automatically show you the rates applicable to your order. If you order both a small and a large item you will pay only the Large item shipping rate.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We always choose ✈️Air for all International orders and 24hr or 48hr service for domestic 🇬🇧UK orders. We pick orders the same day from our warehouse in the UK and send the same (if before 3pm) or next working day, but please allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries, 12 days for Northern Europe and 21 days for the Southern Europe, US, Australia and Rest of the World. Deliveries to Italy, Spain and Portugal can take longer due to local postal networks.

Collection from store.

As you checkout, select the 'Pick Up' option for free collection from our store. Orders are normally ready 1hr after you place your order. We will message you when your order is ready to collect. Collection times are daily between 10am and 5pm. Our address is 29A High Street, Rye, TN31 7DA.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once you have paid for your order online, you will be sent an order confirmation within 24hrs. We will contact you again by email ,or you by text, letting you know when your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Once you have completed your order you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. Make sure to select the correct country field during checkout. For International shipping cost, see the above table. Please note, International orders may be assessed for custom duties and taxes and this is not included in the delivery cost.

What are duty & taxes?

Lola & SiDney ship from the UK and if you live in the UK or another European Union country, you don't pay any duty and customs. If you live outside of Europe, your country inspects goods as they arrive. Sometimes they apply duties and taxes.

What's the quickest way I can get my order?

You can select express shipping (UK mainland orders only) when you reach the checkout. 

If you are an international customer and would like express shipping, please contact us. Typical rates are listed below:

UK 1-2 days £4

Australasia 3-5 days from £28 


I didn’t get an email confirmation?

Please check your junk mail as sometimes the confirmation can go here, rather then your inbox. To prevent this happening in the future, please add us to your contacts.  If you are still unable to find your email confirmation, please contact us using the same email address that you used to place your order.

How will the transaction show on my bank statement?

Your purchase will display as curbwear on your credit or debit card statement. All transactions are SSL protected.

Can I pay in dollars or euros?

Orders are processed in British Pounds (£) . You can use the currency convertor at the top of the page to give you an indication to your home currency.



In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you can return it to us. Our returns policy is valid for 21 days from the date that the item is shipped to you.

If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted:

  1.   First, contact us by email to obtain a return authorisation. Make sure to tell us your full name, order number, the reason for the return and your contact details.
  2.   Once this information is received, we will contact you to let you know what the next step will be.

We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on soaps and other toiletries. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch or make changes to it, simply contact us and we will be happy to help you with your query.
