Brava Sauce
At the end of the 2000s, the ketje worked for two years in a restaurant on the Spanish beach of Marbella. He then discovered that Andalusians don't have Andalusian sauce to go with their fries. They eat patatas bravas: a kind of “Andalusian fries”, served as tapas.
Today, Brussels Ketjep is launching a brand new Brava sauce with a Belgian touch. The taste of Andalusia boosted by the spiciness of patatas bravas.
