This Do Not Disturb eye mask in black is filled with small gel beads that can be heated or cooled.

Avoid being awakened with a message for anyone who comes to disturb your rest!

Adjustable strap to fit your head. Comes in a zip closure bag (great for travel or when you place the mask in the freezer).

To use it cold, place it in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge for 60 minutes. To use it heated, put it in the microwave for a maximum time of 10 seconds.
